  • Welcome!

Chabad will be offering multiple in-person high holiday service options adhering all CDC guidelines for maximum safety and precaution.

In addition to the regular services that will take place inside a beautiful large room at the new Chabad center located at 615 W. Wellington Ave. we will also be offering 15 minute Shofar blowing services on the 1st and 2nd day of Rosh Hashana, Tuesday, September 7th and Wednesday September 8th at different locations throughout the Lakeview.

In keeping with Chabad’s welcoming policy, we’ve always provided ample seating for reserved and walk-in participants alike. Unfortunately, given the circumstances this year, we request that all attendance must be by RESERVATION ONLY.

    About our services:

Whether your background in Jewish prayer and practice is extensive or limited, the services at Chabad will leave you feeling enriched, connected, uplifted and energized to start your New Year in the most meaningful way.

Many of the prayers are recited by the congregation in unison, specifically in English, so that everyone can participate. Hebrew/English prayer books are used throughout the service. The rabbi provides an English running commentary of explanatory and meaningful insights.

At Chabad no one is turned away due to lack of funds.

We prepared a 32 page beautiful High Holiday handbook. View it online and print by clicking here .
